Who is this Man?

From Imagineering at Walt Disney to working on HBO, NBC, and ABC primetime TV shows, creative storytelling is the motivation for whatever role I play in the production process. I grew up in a small town in Eastern Pennsylvania where film-making started as a childhood hobby, supplemented by writing songs, producing music, and building video game systems. I went to Millersville University for a degree in Robotics and Control Systems Engineering. Instead of settling for a restriction on double majoring in music, I worked with the school administrators to create a new major called Entertainment Technology and became the very first to graduate with the degree. Creatively combining film, TV, theater, communications, and music through the study of technology-based engineering technology within these fields, I was finally editing videos in Avid Media Composer in a classroom and for extracurricular credit.

During my time at Millersville, I was a D2 soccer player who ran an independent business building and selling custom video game systems. I also interned at Tait Towers - an innovative stage technology company for live shows, concerts, and large scale events, including the VMAs. I was able to assist in developing technology for unparalleled world tours for Sean Combs, Maroon 5, Metallica, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. At the same time, I was producing and starring in a music video designed to promote the programs at Millersville as my departmental honors thesis. I brought thousands of students and faculty together for the film, remixing a "Weird Al Style" Song in a studio, which became a major promotional product for the school. I was also pitching my build-your-own portable video game systems business plan in a Shark Tank competition. Out of 50+ competitors, I was awarded first place by the investors.

Within a few weeks of graduating, I packed my bags, spread the news, found a place to live, and moved across the country to start working on the Play Disney Parks App for Walt Disney Imagineering in Glendale California. By day, I was developing tests for the app, and at night I was in the park inside attractions applying those tests, managing outside contractors, and working closely with my supervisors.

A few chance opportunities background acting for primetime and reality TV shows, led me to fall in love with life onset. I pursued an education at the New York Film Academy to kick start my professional film-making knowledge, while creating my own projects, playing various roles on set, filming on the Universal Studios Backlot, and learning semi-professional equipment such as cameras, lighting gear, sound, and editing software. Since then, opportunities as a Production Assistant for top-tier productions has taken my expertise to another level, learning radio etiquette, production workflow, and networking skills between different departments. I'm constantly driven by a passion for storytelling and a commitment to understanding how each department's workflow and language help effectively communicate my vision.
